Marzena Domagalska, Production & Packing Manager

I started my journey at Pets Choice as a Senior Operative at the Blackburn Manufacturing site in May 2022 and have since been promoted into the role of Production and Packing Manager at the Hatchwells site.

I made some positive changes at the Bagging Plant and also on the Old Hatchwells site, with my biggest project being the move of Hatchwells Rishton into the new Hatchwells Blackburn facility.

The most enjoying part of my job is learning new things and making some good and visible positive changes. I have built a fantastic team with a nice atmosphere.

I’m looking forward to so seeing Pets Choice grow and progress.
